OPEN by OMMA represents the “state of the art” of glue spreaders for water-based adhesives with high spreading precision and an extreme manufacturing customization.
Spreading rolls are rubber covered with grinded surface, with smooth or groove finishing in accordance with customer needs. Dosing rollers are usually made of hard rubber, or steel as an option.
Independent motors on each roller grant a perfect spreading quality with low vibration and noise, and the lowest maintenance.
OPEN has a solid and sturdy steel structure, suitable for hard work even on more shift daily.
Safety is the priority on this model; it allows all rollers to be opened up to 80mm during cleaning and maintenance.
OPEN has an already complete standard configuration, but can be easily equipped, as options, with electronic variable speed, motorized thickness positioning, wheels for lateral extraction, glue feeding and cooling devices with steel dosing roller and external chiller or with our new innovative automatic rollers cleaning system!
Additionally, OPEN can be equipped with communication devices for an easy integration on high-performance project, module for remote servicing and other accessories to support operators on daily production.
OPEN is available in widths from 1.400 mm to 3.600 mm.
