The XPR is a 2-in-1 machine : A Press & A Roll Laminator

The XPR pushes boundaries with its innovative continuous pressing system, which can, in many cases, replace traditional static solutions, particularly in applications involving hot melt polyurethane (HMPUR).

It also excels in continuous laminating processes, efficiently applying protective film to material rolls without the need for a cutting system, making it ideal for high-volume applications.

By combining these two functions in a single machine, the XPR helps reduce costs, optimize floor space, and significantly increase productivity.

The XPR press and laminator can also be integrated into gluing and composition lines to apply overlay materials (in sheet or roll form) onto pre-glued substrates, with options for top, bottom, or double-sided film application.

Standard Configuration of the XPR Laminator

The standard configuration includes pressing rollers that are covered with either a suitable rubber or steel surface, ensuring durability and efficiency. It features mechanical pressing strength for reliable performance. Each pressing roller is independently motorized, allowing for precise control and flexibility. Additionally, the system offers variable speed, providing versatility to adapt to different operational needs.
