Your need is to assemble finishing components such as veneer, laminate (HPL), decorative papers, decorative plastic materials, metallic finishes, solid wood products by gluing, we have in our production range rollers glue spreader suitable for your needs able to apply uniformly and with maximum precision a wide range of water-dispersion glues such as vinyl PVA, EVA Polyurethane PU, Copolymer, phenolic and urea.

Are available also a series of specific glue roll coaters  machines for the application of single-component or solvent-based PU polyurethane adhesive with technical solutions that allow simple use and maintenance.

Hot-melt roll coaters have the possibility to apply hot-melt adhesive such as reactive hot-melt polyurethane glue, polyolefin adhesives, synthetic rubber-based glues, polyamide, polyester and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers. The temperature is independent for each roller in order to ensure maximum flexibility and a pneumatic system ensures perfect seal of the bonding glue between the rollers without leakage for maximum operating economy.

There are different types of glue roll coaters; roller glue applicators capable of applying thin films of sticking glue by means of a counter-dosing roller, rollers glue spreader capable of applying large quantities of adhesive, roller gluer capable of applying the adhesive only on one of the two sides and single-sided rollers reverse glue coating machines capable of guaranteeing extremely high precise application to meet the current needs of laminating extremely thin high gloss and super-matt delicate materials.

For simpler applications, we have a glue spreading machine which, instead of using a dosing roller, uses a tray equipped with a glue dosing doctor blade to dose adhesive.

All our rolls coaters can be equipped with an automatic system for feeding the adhesive and a specific sensor (in accordance with the boding material used) will allow to maintain an optimal level of operation.

An automatic device for cleaning the rollers from glues is available for all our roll coaters for the application of water-dispersion adhesives.

Particular care was taken during the design of our roller coating machines to allow safe use for the protection of the operator and the environment.


Cleaning wood components prior the glue application process is essential in order to obtain quality products free of surface defects.

For this purpose, we offer panels cleaner with linear brushes capable of capturing and eliminating free processing residues such as cutting, drilling and milling particle from the upper, lower or both board surfaces. 

The linear brush cleaning unit is available as a stand-alone unit or as an aggregate - sword brush - to be installed on existing conveyor systems present at your production unit.

Our dust cleaning units can be equipped with micro-nebulizers whose action allows a more efficient capture of residues as well as generating an antistatic effect improved by highly efficiency electronic electrostatic neutralizers, air blower to process drilled parts and edge panel cleaning

Lamination and pressing

Our production includes roller laminating machinery for the application of decorative materials in rolls that can be equipped as accessory with automatic transversal and longitudinal cutting aggregate, automatic or semi-automatic joining of the foils, rubberized or chromed laminating rollers, applicator rollers with the possibility to be heated.

The laminators can be equipped  with a movable base on wheels to facilitate maintenance and the lower foil unwinder on mobile trolley.

The laminator can be easily configured and adapted to the finishing process that you intend to pursue, the simplicity and practicality of use guarantees high quality results and the reliability of the projects guarantees a long and profitable investment.

For gluing processes that use hot-melt adhesives, in order to allow adhesion between substrate and decoration, we have in our production range pressing roller calenders with mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic technology.


Once you have obtained your product, you need a surface protection in order to preserve the quality of the product. For this purpose, we offer a series of roller laminators for the application of self-adhesive temporary protective films. The film applied to one or both faces of the piece allows to preserve the surface quality in many cases such as: during additional processing, during transport, during handling and assembly.

This solution allows you to deliver a perfect add value product to the end user increasing the perception of quality by your customers.

The laminators for the application of protective foil can be equipped not only with a manual film cutting, but also with devices for automatic transverse cutting. According to the needs, the protection adhesive foils can be cut with overflow (film protrudes longitudinally from the piece), at the edge (foil corresponds exactly to the length of the piece)  and negative (the plastic protection is longitudinally shorter than the protected piece).

For high productivity needs, a transversal fly cutting device with positive overflow is available allowing to not interrupt production flow during the protective film cutting.

Laminating lines

With a complete engineering staff and with our internal and independent software development resources, we are able to offer innovative solutions combining and integrating third-parts products if necessary and guaranteeing a complete technical and functional integration.

We are able to integrate panel loading and unloading systems, belt and roller conveyors, composition systems, piece turners, adhesive feeding and glue conditioning systems.

We are able to apply glues and most of adhesives directly on the wood-board or on the decorative foil allowing to extend working and process possibilities.
