Laminators

Explore our range of industrial gluing machines, designed to meet the most demanding standards in adhesive application. Whether you work with wood, MDF, HPL, laminate, metal, or other materials, our machines guarantee precise, uniform, fast, and reliable gluing.

Thanks to advanced technologies such as self-adjusting systems and digital interfaces, OMMA gluing machines combine high-level performance with increased ease of use and a reduced risk of human error. Our models also contribute to optimal waste management, improved productivity, and the simplification of subsequent stages in the assembly process.

Our gluing machines are generally equipped with automatic feeding systems for one-component adhesives, as well as integrated mixers for two-component formulations. Whether dealing with water-based, hot melt, or other specific types of adhesives, our equipment adapts to your technical requirements. Additionally, preheating or cooling units can be offered as optional features according to your process needs.

What is industrial laminating used for?

Laminating is a coating process that involves applying a decorative or self-adhesive material to various surfaces (wood, metal, glass, etc.) to protect them or improve their aesthetic appearance. This process increases resistance to impact, moisture and scratches, while offering a wide range of finishes (matt, gloss, textured).

Depending on the material to be applied on the roll, different laminating machines are used:

Self-adhesive material (process and protective film): applied to already finished, clean and dry surfaces, to protect them during subsequent stages such as machining, stacking or delivery.

Decorative material (paper, CPL, PVC, etc.): applied on a panel just coming out from a glue spreader.

An industrial laminator is a machine designed to apply material in rolls to flat or embossed surfaces. It can be integrated into a production line or used as a standalone. Depending on its specific features, a laminator can handle various types of volume. It can be equipped with manual or automatic cutting systems, both transversal and longitudinal, automatic or semi-automatic splicing of the laminating rolls, and a mobile base on wheels to facilitate maintenance.

Several types of material can be applied: self-adhesive materials (process and protective films) or decorative materials (paper, CPL, PVC). In both cases, our laminators guarantee a uniform application, without bubbles or imperfections, while preserving the integrity of the surface.

OMMA offers you tailor-made solutions. We are committed to providing you with the laminator model best suited to your needs, offering a simple, customised configuration based on your specific requirements:

  • Type of material to be laminated (process films, protective films, etc.);
  • Various dimensions to suit your production requirements;
  • Solutions adapted to small, medium or large production volumes;
  • Customisation according to the materials used, your particular requirements and your processes.
